Quality Policy
Our Management is committed to maintaining and improving our reputation with the following objectives;
  • Achieving and maintaining a quality system complaint with BS EN ISO 900:200.
  • Providing the best skilled workforce through training, motivation and development of workers.
  • Encouraging a philosophy of continuous improvement system and development of personnel and those areas where improvement is considered feasible.

Our management shall assess the effectiveness of the Quality System and the relevancy of the objectives started in this Quality Policy through management review.

Health Policy

Since work may affect any or every system of the human body, it is therefore essential that early recognition of health hazards is established, monitored and controlled. The company places great emphasis on the promotion of total health concept and the protection of the workers. All workers in our employment shall be certified medically fit before employment and half annual (6 month) medical examination is conducted for all staffs accordingly based on swimming practice.

Safety Policy

It is the policy of the company to carry out its activities in such manner that no fatalities or injuries or damage to property arise there from. Every necessary step shall be taken to subfigure all who work for us in including third parties. Positive attitudes to safety shall be awarded and negative ones frowned upon. Detailed safety procedures shall be in place and site management held accountable for its implementation on site.

Environment Policy

Our company is committed to ensuring clean and healthy environment especially in the course of our work. We shall take environmental sanitation and monitoring seriously to ensure that all FEPA (Federal Environment Protection Agency) and Federal Ministry of Environment interim guidelines/standards are complied with as regard our operation. Effect will be geared toward towards the minimization of environmental hazards released during the course of our work on projects sites, client environmental department. More so, it is expected of every employee to guide against unhealthy and environmentally unacceptable conditions both at work and at home.

Local Content Policy

It is the group’s policy to strive to promote local Content on all our operation projects in integration to perpetual erudition transfer. We are a 100% indigenous Nigerian company. We place earnest commitment to the development of the local content policy by incorporating the Nigerian content policy in all our businesses and project execution strategies.

We shall always promote the amendment of Nigerian workforce by emboldening training, both locally through in-house training programmes and additionally by sponsoring personnel to the facilities of our affiliates overseas for in-depth technical training. These ascertains that our workforce have perpetual development and amendment, which will remain with them in Nigeria for use on future projects. These personnel, mainly Engineers and Managers will in-turn pass on cognizance to other employees working with them on sundry projects.

Evang. (Chief) Johnbull Orhakpoweri Ejovi

Evang. (Chief) Johnbull Orhakpoweri Ejovi is an astute businessman and is the founder, Chairman and Managing Director Of the Ejovi Dredging & Marine Group. He has a diploma award from the Evangel Christian University, Louisiana U.S.A. His thirst for knowledge further took him to the Christ the Rock Bible College Warri, where he bagged his diploma award from the Evangel Christian University, Louisiana U.S.A. As a devoted Christian, his quest to know Christ the more as a bible scholar led him to Christ the Rock Bible College which is affiliated to Delta State University (DELSU) Abraka from where he was awarded a Bachelor of Science Degree in religious studies. He is also a fellow of Maranatha Bible University (Honoris Causa) He has attended several management and development training programs both within and outside Nigeria. He is also on the Board of Directors of other reputable companies. He has vast business experience and interests in Construction, Oil and Gas, Maritime, Real estate as well as the financial services sector. A sports lover, He is a football enthusiast. He is also a sociable person who belongs to several social organizations.

Chief Oghenegaren Ejovi
Managing Director

Chief Garen Ejovi has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from the first private University In Nigeria, Igbinedion University Okada. He also possesses a postgraduate degree from the prestigious University of Coventry. He heads the Eastern arm of the group and functions in the Managing Director capacity. He successfully oversaw the branching out of the Ejovi Dredging and marine group from its comfort zone and home, Warri, into the Port Harcourt region and its neighboring areas including Calabar, Uyo and Lagos. Chief Garen has also attended multiple seminars and conferences bordering on management and contract management. His ability to close out and deliver on contracts is second to none. He is an unapologetic supporter of the Manchester United football club. He is also a great admirer of contemporary art.
